Lighting Stator TRX300EX Fourtrax

ESG495 is a high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in the Honda TRX300EX between 1993 and 2009.

Our ESG495 was built around a modern core design and we wind it with the highest grade copper wire using our modern winding machines. The high magnetic conductivity coupled with the slightly reconfigured winding setup make for a very efficient stator that generates very little heat which dramatically improves reliability.

We incorporated very high quality lead wires that we chose because of their resistance to chafing and temperature tolerance, and we finish it with rubber seals and connectors to make ESG495 a plug in replacement stator.

Our ESG495 is superior in performance and reliability compared to the stock unit.

As all stators manufactured by ElectroSport we also cover our ESG495 stator with a full one year warranty.
