Shipping policy

Shipping
Once your order has been placed we aim to have all orders packed and shipped out within 3 business days. Items are picked, packed and shipped on weekdays only, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4pm (excluding public holiday's). We ship all packages with tracking to ensure packages are delivered.

Delivery
Time frames on delivery vary depending on your location. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Please have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address, as we are not responsible for missing/stolen packages that have been tracked as "delivered".

North Coast V-Twins takes no responsibility for items that do not arrive within the specified shipping time-frame.

Shipping Costs

North Coast V-Twins are pleased to offer a flat rate of $18.00 on all purchases.

Shipping Provider

North Coast V-Twins use Fastway Couriers and Australia Post to ship all online store items.

Dropshipping

If you have purchased a product from one of our suppliers, such as Black Arrow, Merla Moto, or REV'IT!, shipping times will vary depending on supplier. This means that orders may be shipped from a range of sources via multiple couriers. When items have shipped from our supplier(s) an automated email with item details will be sent to the client user and any other emails specified on the order.

Shipping costs on these products are reflective of suppliers pricing. We do not offer free shipping on these products.

International Customers

Unfortunately at this stage, North Coast V-Twins cannot send orders internationally via our website. For any international customers who require shipping internationally please contact info@v-twins.com.au.

Stock Availability

Online stock quantities are updated daily, however on occasion, stock may have sold out in store and might not be reflected on the Online Store.

In the event that the stock is not available you will be contacted and offered a refund or option to change your order for something else.
