If you have met Ashley Beaton you are probably now a lifelong friend, his smile is as genuine and his character even more so. V-Twins cemented its place in the community for so many years because real never rusts, and that is what you will find in Ash and his team.

Mum

Mum’s the word! Behind every great man there’s a great woman and this is Ashley’s. Jill is the heart and soul of the business and none of this would have been possible without her.

Boss Lady

We're still not sure what exactly it is that she does but whatever it is she's good at it. Tends to swan in and out and bounce from shop to shop spreading mostly joy. Karissa is legit family, blood, the real thing. So we had to give her a job.

Store Manager

He’s a freak! But also a really nice guy. Chris loves bikes, his wife and his kids and that’s about all there is to life right?

Head Ducati Technician

You gotta know him to love him! Our most prized Ducati technician, Doc, has been our number one tech since day one back in 1989. Believe it or not but this legends intelligence far out weighs his good looks.

Head Harley-Davidson Technician

Our greatest import! Stu joined us in 2008 fresh out of the UK. Not only does he know the ins and outs of every Harley engine to rumble this earth, he also has a really lovely smile. It's worth dropping into see (anytime from Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm).

Service Technician

A long time friend of the family and mad moto enthusiast, Jason followed his love and passion for bikes and jumped on the tools with us. He's a laugh a minute and just an all round legend! Catch him on the tools or carving up a local dance floor most weekends.

Ducati Technician

With his old-soul spirit, Reece is the kind of Ducati technician who quietly steps up without needing the spotlight. He’s into his music, partial to a skate park grind now and then, and when it’s tools down, he’s usually on the golf course.

Service Technician

Josh is our most recently crowned fully qualified technician. From his early days with us on the service counter, he never let go of the dream of working on the tools — and now he’s made it happen. Well done, Josh!

Mike is a solid million-miles-a-minute kind of guy — and we absolutely love him for it. If he’s not riding bikes across the country, he’s probably showing off his skills on the water. Known around here as Magic Mike, working wonders with us since 2025!

Soc is the kind of technician who can fix just about anything. A familiar face returning to the team, he comes loaded with serious Yamaha knowledge and experience, fixing them, riding them, and even works on those silly ones that float on water 😉

Our front line parts and accessories man, he's not only apart of the furniture he is a part of our family. Donny's expertise and knowledge on all things shiny, nutty and bolty are second to none.

Queen B is your go to girl for all things KTM & Gas Gas! There’s not much she doesn’t know so don’t be afraid to ask! We love our Brookey and know you will too.

Sales Manager

Sales shark extraordinaire! Meet Daniel, our sales manager for all new and used motorcycles. No budget too small no bike too big, he'll have you on two wheels in no time at all. Also well known for slingin' beers!

Like a mento’s, a breath of fresh air. If you've crossed paths with our Sales Manager Todd, chances are you've already rode away with a bike or two! With an innate knack for understanding your needs, Todd's flair ensures you find exactly what you're looking for.

Our resident Virgo perfectionist and music lover, known to strum out the odd toe-tapper when the moment calls. He’s the steady hand steering our very busy workshop, and we’re pretty glad he’s with us.

Marketing Coordinator

Hawaiian born, Shannon is our wonderful marketing coordinator who we love so much, I write this as she looks over my shoulder! Shannon has a Dalmatian called Hank and a tech called Reece. Cute family! Mahalo so much Shan!

Parts & Accessories

Barefoot Darrell can be found riding the streets on his fancy new Ducati Desert X with what? You guessed it! No shoes! Darrell is our right-hand man in the Parts and Accessories division, for reasons mentioned earlier he is not our apparel manager LOL.

Retail Sales

This guy knows a little bit of something about everything around here and there ain't nothing he can't do. If you are not lucky enough to see Jimmy in store keep an eye out for him on the highway where he'll often be found doing our Port City van run. Vote # 1 for Jimmy!

Receivables

Like a beautiful mind he dreams of numbers. This is the man that works tirelessly receiving every little thing that ends up in our showroom and hopefully your hand! Loves pricing and sticky white labels.

If you’ve been around a while, you already know Jody. She’s the friendly face at the door, our resident boomerang, and a customer service extraordinaire who makes every visit feel easy.

Jade fluffs and folds our retail environment on most days, keeping our shelves stocked and fresh with all the loveliest pieces of gear. She's a hardworking Mum at home and a mum of about 20 when she's with us.

Parts & Accessories

Meet Chris, the perpetual ball of sunshine in any room. You can spot him at the Parts & Accessories counter by his infectious high energy and enthusiastic greetings. Not only does he know his stuff, but he's also always eager to lend a hand with a smile!

Business Manager

For over 25 years Ian has been getting you on bikes. He's a package deal kinda guy. You want the bike and need the finance? He's our man, but we'll lend him to you.

Bookkeeper

Tash is our biggest socialite. We don't know how she fits us in between all that crocheting (code for wine) and dinner dates with her gal pals. But she does! She is always here and ticking all the boxes. 

Maintenance

Our mate Chucky has an eye for detail and keeps our showroom shining day in day out when he’s not overseas living his best adventure moto life that is.

Retiree

Don’t call for Gaz, he’s never here! But when he is, it's also a bonus! Gaz is our great gatsby of style and we love having him around.
