Description
The 2026 KTM 350 SX-F is engineered to dominate the realm between 250 and 450 — combining the agility of a mid-sizer with the muscle to challenge the heavy hitters. Built from a legacy of racing success and refined by feedback from the who’s-who of motocross, it delivers exactly what serious riders demand: usable power, composure in the rough, and race-ready DNA from the gate to the finish line.
At its heart, the 350 SX-F features a 349.7 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, mated to Keihin EFI and a 44 mm throttle body for razor-sharp response. With its compact, lightweight architecture (about 27.5 kg engine weight), it distributes feel and feedback in a way that encourages full throttle confidence. The 5-speed gearbox and Brembo-hydraulic wet multi-disc clutch ensure smooth transitions through the revs and stability under pressure.
Chassis and suspension are refined to deliver razor-sharp handling and composure over whoops, jumps, and rough terrain. A central double-cradle steel frame blends rigidity with flex exactly where it’s needed, while improvements around the rear shock mount and optimized engine mounting enhance feedback and cornering behavior. On the suspension front, WP XACT components handle the task: the front uses a 48 mm AER (air spring) fork with 310 mm travel, and the rear mono shock (via linkage) provides 300 mm travel — both fully adjustable for rebound, compression, and preload.
Riders will notice refined ergonomics immediately: slimmer bodywork, tighter rider triangle, and radiators relocated with easier access in mind. The fuel tank holds roughly 7.2 litres, and the bike tips the scales at about 101.9 kg (without fuel).
On the electronics side, the 2026 350 SX-F includes ride control sophistication — dual engine maps, traction control, launch control, and quick-shift capability make it easier to dial in performance for any track or rider style. The map toggle lets you go from smooth linear power to a more aggressive throttle response in an instant.
In short, the 2026 KTM 350 SX-F is a machine of balance — not too light, not too heavy; not too docile, not too wild. It’s the go-to choice for riders who demand a multi-dimensional weapon: equally capable in technical sections, whoop farms, or full-throttle straights. It’s everything you need in a single motocross machine — and nothing you don’t.
